Gabe Hernandez

I have proudly called Okeana, Ohio home for the past nine years, where I’ve been actively engaged in our local community. In 2022, I joined the Morgan Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) as an alternate member and was honored to be promoted to a full board member in December 2025.

Professionally, I served in operations and administration management with Toyota Motors North America, where I have developed extensive experience in process improvement, project management, and operational leadership. My background includes leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and implementing structured problem-solving methods to enhance performance and efficiency.

I am committed to applying my operational expertise, analytical approach, and dedication to thoughtful decision-making in service to Morgan Township and the Okeana community.
